INGREDIENTS
4 lb. beef cubes (can also split and use 2.5 lb beef with 1.5 lb pork roast cubes)
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup Worchester sauce
1/3 cup vinegar (I like to use the apple cider vinegar)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 med onion -chopped
Preheat oven to 325 F
Mix liquids, sugar, and onion
Pour over raw meat
Put in glass casserole dish or pot
Bake for 4 hours or until tender and still moist
Remove from oven and break up the meat with a potato masher
